PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the use of an electrification blade for realization of an improvement in suction performance by providing means for keeping the electrification blade in contact or the same separated when adopted as suction force giving means.;SOLUTION: The invention comprises an electrification blade 330 that comes in contact with a turning belt 208 to give suction force for sucking and separating the topmost page 254 of a book script BO mounted with pages open, a belt unit displacement mechanism 337 that displaces a belt unit to a first position where the plane part of a belt unit 316 separates from the top of the face of the book script to feed the topmost page sucked by the plane part into the page feeding roller side and a second position where the plane part comes in contact with the top of the face of the book script, and an electrification blade displacement mechanism 317 that displaces the electrification blade to a contact position where the electrification blade comes in contact with the turning belt 208 and a separated position where the electrification blade separates from the turning belt.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
