PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographing game device which can generate an image by properly applying various types of image processing.SOLUTION: A picture sticker creation device provides a user with a provision image generated using a photographic image obtained by photographing by a camera. The picture sticker creation device determines image processing to be applied to the provision image, and receives from the user an operation for adjusting a degree of applying the determined image processing (S274, S276).
