PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a noise caused by a special signal with a small amount of memory and calculation in a short time without being limited by a kind of warning beep or use conditions.;SOLUTION: A noise signal suppression device includes: a sound collection section (201) which collects ambient sounds and outputs a sound signal of a time domain; a time/frequency conversion section (202) for converting the sound signal of the time domain into a frequency signal of a frequency domain; an independent peak spectrum extraction section (290) for extracting a peak spectrum having independence from the converted frequency signals; and a noise signal suppression section (206) for suppressing a noise signal on the basis of the peak spectrum extracted by the independent peak spectrum extraction section.
