PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an embedded form for RC simplified underground wall construction for frost heave measures and a construction method of an RC simplified underground wall for frost heave measures by the form eliminating the need of experts of formwork or the like and achieving remarkable cost reduction and shortening of a construction term or the like in comparison with general construction methods.;SOLUTION: The embedded form for RC simplified underground wall construction for forst heave measures comprises: a plurality of steel support posts 6 erected at fixed intervals on an excavation ground surface equal to or deeper than the freezing depth; and a plurality of steel forms 7, 8 installed oppositely on the ground surface between the steel support posts 6, 6. The steel support post 6 includes a pair of joints for fixing a base plate 6b to a lower end portion of a support post body 6a and fixing end portions of the steel forms 7, 8 to opposing side faces of the support post body 6a. The steel forms 7, 8 are configured by providing a plurality of steel reinforcement rib members 14b on an outer side face of a thin steel plate 14a. A thermal insulation material 14c is mounted on an inner side face of the thin steel plate 14a of one steel form 7.
