PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detector capable of limiting an increase in the number of read channels, and to provide a nuclear medicine imaging apparatus, PET-CT apparatus, and PET-MR apparatus having the same.SOLUTION: An embodiment of a detector includes a plurality of photomultiplier devices, signal lines, and an identification unit. Each photomultiplier device converts light converted from radiation into an electrical signal and outputs the electrical signal. The signal line for each photomultiplier device has a first path and second path for the electrical signal to flow having different length.
