PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication carrier proposing server, a communication carrier selection terminal, a communication carrier proposing method and a communication carrier proposing program that propose a communication carrier suitable for a user.;SOLUTION: A communication carrier proposing server 100 communicably connected to a terminal 10 which is communicating via a predetermined communication carrier: receives data regarding the data communication for the use of the terminal 10 at a predetermined timing from the terminal 10; accepts a reception or an input of update data regarding the communication and charge of a communication carrier; compares the accepted update data to the setting data that is set for the communication via the predetermined communication carrier for the terminal 10 currently selected; and transmits the data regarding the update data to the terminal 10 in accordance with the comparison result.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
