PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packed green vegetable-containing beverage in which both the vegetable original flavor and color are satisfied.SOLUTION: Provided is a packed green vegetable-containing beverage according to the present invention, and in which the -a/b value is 0.1 or more, as well as in which the pH is 4.6 to 6.5; the production method includes a crushing step and a sterilization step; what is obtained in the crushing step is a crushed product of green vegetables; what is sterilized in the sterilization step is the crushed product; and prior to the sterilization step, the crushed product is not heated.SELECTED DRAWING: None
