PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage real-time power exchange between a specific power transmission source and a specific power reception source.SOLUTION: A power management system includes: a virtual power router 2a for determining a power transmission period on the basis of a power transmission amount measured by a smart meter 3a and transmitting real power transmission information indicating a power transmission amount measured during the determined power transmission period and a power transmission time to a power manager 1; a virtual power router 2b for determining a power reception period on the basis of a power reception amount measured by a smart meter 3b and transmitting real power reception information indicating a power reception amount measured during the determined power reception period and a power reception time to the power manager 1; and the power manager 1 which associates and records the power transmission amount in the real power transmission information and the power reception amount in the real power reception information, for a combination of a power transmission/reception relation between a house A of a power transmission source and a house B of a power reception source on the basis of the power transmission time in the real power transmission information and the power reception time in the real power reception information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
