PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide information of small capacity having cases whose states change according to deadlines etc. in an expression as unique as possible to a user in an easy-to-see form when managing contract and intellectual property related information.;SOLUTION: Contract and intellectual property related information stored in a data file 101 emphasizes change data showing changes of a right state on a prescribed day with colors etc. A read data processing part 102 extracts the change data and stores it in a storage buffer 106. Then a message edition part 103 reads the change data in the storage buffer 106 and creates a state change message 104 in a prescribed form in an output designation table 105.
