PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information management system using a QR code that can suppress the leak of personal information low.;SOLUTION: An information management system comprises: a portable information terminal device 2 comprising camera means 90 for photographing a QR code; QR code reader means 96 built in the portable information terminal device 2; a server device 4 with which prescribed information corresponding to QR data is registered and which is communicatively connected with the portable information terminal device 2; and an information terminal device 6 that inputs prescribed information, associates it with QR data on a QR code, and registers it with the server device 4. The server device 4 includes: data storage means 54 with which prescribed information is registered; data reading means 58 for reading the prescribed information registered with the data storage means 54; and data deletion (or reading prohibition) means 60 for deleting (prohibiting reading) the prescribed information registered with the data storage means 54.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
