PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tooth regeneration method controlling the shape of the crown, cusp, and root such that the regenerated tooth occludes normally, exhibits hardness equivalent to that of a normal tooth, and functions equivalently to the normal tooth.;SOLUTION: A culture method of a cell derived from a tooth or a tooth germ comprises the step of culturing the cell in the presence of growth factors including IGF.
