PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently and potently inducing the differentiation of osteoblast cells as compared to the conventional methods.SOLUTION: There is provided a culture substrate for differentiation induction of osteoblast cells which is covered with a fish-derived collagen and has a contact surface to mesenchymal stem cells. There is also provided a method for inducing the differentiation of osteoblast cells which contains a fish-derived collagen contact process in which a cell culture substrate covered with a fish-derived collagen is brought into contact with mesenchymal stem cells, or a method for producing osteoblast cells which contains a fish-derived collagen culture process in which mesenchymal stem cells are cultured by using a cell culture substrate covered with a fish-derived collagen.
