PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the necessary and sufficient quantity of clarified water from a well, while suppressing occurrence of trouble such as ground subsidence caused by excessive pumping of ground water, by operating a groundwater clarification processing apparatus with a proper water pumping amount.;SOLUTION: Operation management data of a specific groundwater clarification processing apparatus 14T is calculated based on a groundwater level of a management object well 16T relating to the specific groundwater clarification processing apparatus 14T and a groundwater level of at least one comparative observation well which is set from among wells 16Xa-16Xf relating to other groundwater clarification processing apparatuses 14Xa-14Xf. Based on the operation management data, operation of the groundwater clarification processing apparatus 14T is managed. Thus, while considering the groundwater levels of the management object well 16T relating to the groundwater clarification processing apparatus 14T and the comparative observation well, the groundwater clarification processing apparatus 14T can be operated with a proper water pumping amount for suppressing occurrence of trouble such as ground subsidence caused by excessive pumping of groundwater.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
