PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vending machine routing period determination technique capable of determining an efficient routing period of a vending machine.;SOLUTION: A sale quantity acquisition unit 22 acquires a sale quantity of a vending machine 1. A sale quantity prediction unit 24 calculates a predicted sale quantity on the basis of the sale quantity. A minimum stock quantity setting unit 25 sets a minimum stock quantity of the vending machine 1. A sold-out timing calculation unit 26 calculates a time when the stock quantity falls below the minimum stock quantity, as a sold-out time, on the basis of the predicted sale quantity.
