PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To speed up a print timing as much as possible such that an entrance/exit port of a tollway is printed in the name of the entrance/exit port on a receipt to be issued from a printer or a usage history.;SOLUTION: When a charge balance of an electronic money card 200 is short, a short amount to a taxi fare is displayed on a display part 107 of a taxi meter 10. When a passenger deposits a cash exceeding the short amount to a taxi crew and the taxi fare is settled with an electronic money and the cash, a balance amount is displayed on the display part 107 of the taxi meter 10. If a balance amount 200 is charged as the electronic money of the electronic money card 200, a procedure for handing over a change to the passenger in cash is not generated. Thus, an advantage of the electronic money is used as much as possible that allows the taxi fare to be paid (received) in a short time with no cash on hand without a mistake on a money amount without checking whether or not the charge balance is short, and the taxi fare can be settled.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
