PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multidirectional reciprocating device that enables a left-and right-hand exercise and enables enjoying a riding exercise safely, and is new and improved, and a riding exercise device and a riding exercise method using the same.;SOLUTION: A multidirectional reciprocating device includes an elevating member and transfer member for moving a cradle in the up-and-down and fore-and-aft direction, and a left-and-right exercise part installed on the cradle and performing a left-and-right exercise. The left-and-right exercise part comprises: a pair of support plates disposed to be perpendicular to the cradle on the cradle; two or more turning bars with one side turnably installed on the support plates, and the other side turnably installed on support bars fixed to the cradle; and a left-and-right transfer part installed on one side of the support plates and transferring the support plates to left and right.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
