PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quality evaluation system and a quality evaluation method, capable of easily and accurately performing quality evaluation to a product on a coordinate system.SOLUTION: A quality evaluation system is configured to: set an inspection item to a product 2 into a plurality of items; acquire the result of quality inspection executed based on the plurality of set inspection items to the product 2 in each inspection item; count an inspection item cumulative number and a failure cumulative number respectively; show the transition of the counted inspection item cumulative number and failure cumulative number on a coordinate system using the inspection item cumulative number and the failure cumulative number as axes, and draw a transition line connecting the original point and terminal point of the transition; and determine continuance or termination of the quality inspection to the product 2 on the basis of the positional relationships between the transition line on the coordinate system and a first area, a second area and a third area set on the coordinate system.
