Packing for waterproof socket, waterproof socket and a lighting device using the same

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packing for a waterproof socket capable for enhancing waterproofness, and to provide a waterproof socket using th same, and a luminaire.;SOLUTION: A packing 4 for a waterproof socket 10 is provided, between a socket body 1 and a fastening cover 6, the packing 4 which inhibits the ingress of moisture from between a straight tube lamp 20 being inserted. The packing 4 has a first abutting part 4b which abuts against the socket body 1 side, a second abutting part 4d which abuts against the fastening cover 6 side, and a packing adhesion part 4c which is formed, between the first abutting part 4b and the second abutting part 4d, continuously and integrally with the first abutting part 4b side and the second abutting part 4d side so as to adhere to the straight tube lamp 20. Outer peripheries from the packing adhesion part 4c to the first abutting part 4b and from the packing adhesion part 4c to the second abutting part 4d are formed, respectively, of a curved surface that is convex outward, and the inside diameters of the first abutting part 4b and the second abutting part 4d are set larger than that of the packing adhesion part 4c.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
