The present invention is a grid connecting device which connects to an electrical grid, and outputs power generated by a connected dispersed power source to the electrical grid. This grid connecting device includes a receiving unit for receiving from the outside information for responding to a voltage sag which specifies an area in which a voltage sag is likely to occur. This grid connecting device performs a predetermined operation to respond to a voltage sag when the area in which the grid connecting device is used is the area specified by the received voltage sag response information.
