PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photovoltaic power generation device for eliminating the possibility of holding a cable between solar cell modules when flexed, and to provide spacers for the same.SOLUTION: The photovoltaic power generation device includes a plurality of trestles 5 fixed to one another at predetermined spaces, solar cell modules 1 having frames 20, and spacers 6 disposed between each trestle 5 and each solar cell module 1. The spacers 6 have protruded parts 63 which prevent the rotation of the spacers 6 to keep the solar cell modules 1 at predetermined mounting positions.
