PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemical feed management facility capable of securing water quality in an irregular operating situation of a boiler, and a chemical feed management system.;SOLUTION: The chemical feed management facility 1 includes a water supply line 31 connecting a steam drum 102 to a make-up water part 20; a usual chemical feed line 32 connecting a chemical feed part 30 to the water supply line 31 so as to feed chemicals to the steam drum 102 from the chemical feed part 30 through the water supply line 31; and a storage chemical feed line 33 connecting the chemical feed part 30 to the steam drum 102 so as to feed chemicals to the steam drum 102 from the chemical feed part 30. The chemical feed management system 2 receives a signal that indicates a boiler part 10 in operation to feed chemicals through the usual chemical feed line 32, and receives a signal that indicates the boiler part 10 at a stop to feed chemicals through the storage chemical feed line 33.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
