PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for treating incineration fly ash of waste contaminated with radiation, which enables landfill disposal of the incineration fly ash without extremely increasing the landfill disposal amount by removing a radioactive material from the incineration fly ash.;SOLUTION: After incineration fly ash of waste contaminated with radiation is immersed into water at a liquid/solid ratio of 3.0-6.0 for one hour or more in an immersion and agitation tank 1, the incineration fly ash immersed into water is agitated and then dewatered by a dehydrator 2 by addition of water amounting to 5-10 times the volume of washed ash.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
