PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feed suitably usable for livestock even if using coffee grounds.SOLUTION: Fermented coffee grounds 1 for a feed used to be supplied to livestock D is obtained by mixing coffee grounds 6 with a probiotic agent 8 and then carrying out fermentation. The caffeine content is decreased by fermentation compared with the caffeine content before fermentation. A method for producing fermented coffee grounds 2 for feed includes a mixing step ST1 of mixing a mixed probiotic agent 5 so that the ratio of the probiotic agent 8 to the fermented coffee grounds 1 for feed serving as a raw material is 1-3 wt.%, specifically about 2 wt.%, and a fermentation step ST2 of fermenting coffee grounds 6 after the mixing step.
