PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-aging agent having excellent anti-aging effect (a skin fibroblast proliferation-accelerating effect, a transglutaminase-1 production-accelerating affect, an MMP-1 activity inhibitory effect, an estrogen like effect, a type I collagen production-accelerating effect, an epidermis cornification cell proliferation-accelerating effect, a recovering effect from UV-B damage, etc.) and also having a high safety, and a skin care preparation, foodstuffs and beverages by utilizing the above anti-aging agent. PSOLUTION: This anti-aging agent is characterized by containing at least one selected from an extract of fermented Artemisia princeps, extract of fermented Saccharum officinarum, extract of fermented Psidium guajava, extract of fermented Crepidiastrum lanceolatum, extract of fermented Leucaena leucocephala, extract of fermented Curcuma longa and extract of fermented Alpinia speciosa.
