PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and kit for measuring nitrogen oxide in the atmosphere using nitration modification of protein in the atmosphere.;SOLUTION: The method for measuring nitrogen oxide in the atmosphere comprises: the sampling step of sticking a suspended particulate matter in the atmosphere to a predetermined filter; the transfer step of transferring a protein coupled with the suspended particulate matter to a predetermined sheet; the coupling step of coupling a chemiluminescence body with 3-nitro tyrosine in the protein transferred to the sheet; and the measurement step of measuring the amount of nitrogen oxide in the atmosphere by calculating the amount of 3-nitro tyrosine on the basis of the amount of light emission caused by the chemiluminescence body. The kit for measuring the nitrogen oxide in the atmosphere comprises: the filter, the sheet, a binder for coupling the chemiluminescence body with the 3-nitro tyrosine and a calibration curve filter obtained by including a plurality of 3-nitro tylosin solutions having different concentrations in a filter having the same material as the predetermined filter.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
