PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-temperature fluidity improver capable of improving low temperature fluidity and a CFPP (cold filter plugging point).SOLUTION: There is provided a low-temperature fluidity improver for fatty acid methyl ester represented by general formula (1) (wherein A1 is a linking group having an alkylene group; R is a 1-30C aliphatic hydrocarbon group or 6-20C aromatic hydrocarbon group which may be replaced with a hydroxy group; m is a mole fraction and is 0.25 to 0.85; and l is a number of 1 to 4,000).
