PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for accurately and quickly calculating a delivery risk relating to terminal suppliers following a secondary supplier by utilizing electronic commercial transaction data in the case of ordering merchandise, and for supporting the decision making of ordered component/ordering destination enterprise selection.SOLUTION: The delivery risk determination device includes: a control unit for receiving ordering information from an orderer via a network, and reading past ordering detail history information and BOM information; an arithmetic unit for extracting components purchased by two or more companies from the order information, and calculating a delivery risk such as the dependence situations of slave components constituting ordered components to terminal suppliers from the ordering detail information and BOM information; and an output processing unit for outputting a screen for supporting the decision making of ordered component/ordering destination enterprise selection from the arithmetic result.
