PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide mechanism for an advancing/retreating actuator, configured to reduce deflection of an actuated part, and also to guide the actuated part to an advancing/retreating direction with high accuracy.;SOLUTION: A guide mechanism 130 for an advancing/retreating actuator has: a pair of slide members (131a, 131b), (132a, 132b) having rack gears (131aa, 132aa) on the surface in which a first telescopic arm 131 and a second telescopic arm 132 intersecting with each other in an X-shape to the advancing/retreating direction S when laterally viewed face to each other; and pinion gears (131c, 132c) disposed in between, and engaged with the rack gears, respectively. Also, one of a pair of slide members (131a, 132b) constituting one end side of the first telescopic arm and the second telescopic arm, respectively, is swingably connected with a base 120, and the other one of a pair of slide members (131b, 132a) constituting the other edge side of the first telescopic arm and the second telescopic arm, respectively, is swingably connected with the actuated part 110.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
