PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste ink tank, an inkjet recording device, and a waste ink recovery method capable of suppressing putrefaction of ink even when the ink is stored for a long period of time.;SOLUTION: The waste ink tank for the inkjet recording device includes: a resin trunk part having a given volume; and an opening part in which the waste ink flows in from above. In the trunk part, an inner layer that is in contact with the waste ink is made of amorphous resin containing an antibacterial agent. When a virtual horizontal surface at a height of h/2 is a boundary that equally divides a maximum liquid surface height h of the waste ink tank, a content of the antibacterial agent in the inner layer is 1.0 mass% or more on average in a lower part below the boundary and 1.5 mass% or more on average in an upper part above the boundary.
