Failure probability calculation device and failure probability calculation method as well as the railway maintenance system

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for calculating failure probability and a railroad maintenance system, in which failure probability having higher reliability can be calculated.SOLUTION: A method for calculating failure probability includes: an abnormality degree calculation part which calculates the abnormality degree of a diagnostic object apparatus by comparing apparatus information on the diagnostic object apparatus with an abnormality degree comparison reference value which becomes a reference of diagnosis of the object apparatus; and an abnormality degree correction part which corrects the abnormality degree calculated from the abnormality degree calculation part on the basis of information not contributing to use time of the diagnostic object apparatus.
