Film with healing properties from biopolymers and XIMENIA americana L.

摘要

The present invention refers to a set of films with antioxidant properties and healing the basis of XIMENIA americana L., which find application in the treatment of wounds. The action of healing can be justified by the presence of some substances, such as, total phenols, tannins, Flavonois and saponins.The set of films has the following advantages when compared with current products available in the market, such as: biodegradable; adhering to the skin; absorbable by the skin, non-toxic, can be wet; no need to side dressings; low cost. All the films discussed in this invention have been tested in rats, with the acceleration of the healing process.
