In the present invention, there is disclosed an air cooling device, particularly air-cooled condenser or air-cooled exchanger comprising at least two exchanging surfaces (3) arranged in the roof position of the form „A“, wherein medium, which is to be cooled, passes therethrough. A louver surface (6) is arranged above at least one exchanging surface (3) such that there is created between this exchanging surface (3) and the louver surface (6) an intermediate space enabling recirculation of air passing through the exchanging surface (3) to the louver surface (6).
