Novelty: a system designed for the automatic management of building’s electric installations making use of whatever form of electric automation, and of compatible electronic devices informing the user about the operational state of said electric installations. Technical features: the invented system is in position to operate in whatever space with electric installations equipped with automation systems which are constructed by different manufacturers in order to enable the flexible application of the invention. Based on applied mechanics governing smart machines which are characterized by incorporated mechanical learning and data extraction techniques, the invented system is in position to use for its communication with the user -in addition to any known communication mode- voice commands (voice recognition STT speech to text), responding with digitally- synthesized voice (TTS text to speech).
