Design and development of test rig to carry out testing of interface unit used for airborne applications.

摘要

The Interface Unit is used to meet the requirement of Automatic Temperature Controller ie Temperature Control Valve (TCV) should be fully closed when aircraft is powered up, to stop the initial flow of hot air within the cabin. After manufacturing & assembly of the Interface unit, it is required to be tested in the test shop/ lab to ensure the performance of the unit when fitted on an aircraft. The objective of this project is to design & develop a test rig for carrying out all tests in continuation as per the requirement.
