Abstract Development of technology for repair of anti G pressure valve used in Aircraft The invention relates to repair of anti G pressure automat. Pressure automat also known as Anti-G valve belongs to suit pressurization (anti-G) system of fighter aircraft and used to increase G-load tolerance limits of pilots during maneuvers. Frequent failure and non reliable operation of the subject unit restricts pilot to maneuver aircraft beyond 3g which may results in aborted mission as it may prove fatal. The invention is about improvement of critically failing component of pressure automat. This includes using improved rubber material, process and adjustment procedure, while fabricating the valve of pressure automat.
