The present invention provide an improved portable home auditory training method and device to cure speech and language disorders in children wherein this improved portable device receives the voice input and from a user or a patient, perform the action on the received voice input based upon the options selected by the user and provides a voice output to the patient or the user in order to assess or perform the required therapy. The present invention also provides the capabilities of combining of speaker, headphone, light and picture stimulation to be used in one device for various treatment relating to speech and language disorders.
