It is an object of the present invention to provide a reliable system for monitoring and controlling the continuous production of Rana Forreri (Forrer's grass frog) under greenhouse conditions. Another object of the invention is that of monitoring the variation of the relative humidity and temperature by means of wireless devices and heat, light and moisture sensors, which allow the greenhouse environmental conditions to be monitored, said devices and sensors comprising pH sensors integral therewith so as to provide an optimal state of the tanks and ambient comfort conditions, which are referred to as the continuous production conditions that are automatically and reliably controlled. Yet another object of the present invention is to provide a lighting control and monitoring device comprising light-emitting diodes and photocells that allow for lighting acquisition conditions in a fully independent manner of the technical operating personnel by means of a photodiode device and/or a rem otely controlled device to operate the actuators at some predetermined operating points of the system for a continuous production of Rana Forreri. The detection device can be used in both new facilities as well as in existing facilities without making any major changes in the buildings, said device comprising a signal conditioning for the transmission of data to a central station and a monitoring process for the interpretation thereof and the information management, as well as its request and management from any device with a web client.
