摘要

The present invention refers to a synthesis method of high temperature superconductors (HTS) of the BSCCO and HTS of the BSCCO type doped with Lanthanum (La), Europium (Eu) and Neodymium (Nd) by the wet Sol-Gel process in a short time (hours) and easily reached temperatures. The advantage of the present invention is that it contains a complete method for obtaining high temperature superconductor materials (HTS) of the BSCCO type in amounts scalable to industrial level, with yields higher than 98% and critical temperatures (cT) of the superconductors ranging from 90 -160 K.
