The arrangement has an insert pot (20) insertable into and removable from a planter (10) and for retaining a plant with plant soil. The planter and insert pot are open at its top surfaces. The planter has gripping recesses (11) in a region of the top surface, and the insert pot is hung up in a support frame (30). The pot stands up on bottom (12) of the planter after insertion into the planter. The frame is arranged on the top surface of the planter and held over the recesses. The pot is removable from the planter after the frame is brought into a hanging up position from the pot.
