The invention relates to an electric power plant. According to the invention, the plant comprises two circular concentric circuits (1 and 2), where the inner circuit is fixed and the outer one is mobile, they having on their circumferences a variable number of electromagnets which, by their attraction or rejection force, put into motion the mobile circuit (1) to generate mechanical work which is then converted into electric current by a classic generator.
