The invention relates to a process for preparing antimicrobial biocomposites for medical and pharmaceutical use. According to the invention, the process consists in preparing silver nanoparticles in polyurethane solution by reducing the silver in the silver nitrate with N,N-dimethylformamide, after which the polyurethane films are coated by electrospinning/electrosputtering with two formulation types containing polyurethane, collagen hydrolysate, k-elastin, hyaluronic acid and, possibly, chondroitin sulphate, having embedded silver nanoparticles.
