According to the invention, the system has an unlimited number of sensors (S) specific to the monitored toxic emissions, which operate independently, each sensor (S) being connected to a data acquisition board (PA) which has an included microcontroller (uC), which takes over the data from the sensors (S) and, by means of an Ethernet-type connection (CE), transmits them to a process computer (CP) on which the application (AS) runs to process the data acquired, which it stores in a database (BD), allowing the display of the parameter values as a graph, as well as of a history of the values for each monitored parameter and the manual start/stop of the data acquisition, the connection between the acquisition boards and the process computer (CP) being achieved by means of some cable switches (Sw).
