METHOD FOR PREVENTING INFECTIOUS COMPLICATIONS AFTER GYNECOLOGICAL SURGERY

The method for preventing infectious complications after gynecological surgery provides for Cycloferon injections, 2 mL 12.5 % solution intramuscularly once a day for 5 days, 5 injections in total in the patients with the massive intraperitoneal bleeding in the setting of the ectopic pregnancy or ovarian apoplexy in the postoperative period. Cycloferon injections are also provided following the surgery for symptomatic nodular myoma, recurrent endometrial hyperplasia, or tubo-ovarian tumors.
