METHOD FOR RAPID ASSESSMENT OF PSEUDOMONAS AERUGINOSA ACTIVITY

The method for the rapid assessment of Pseudomonas aeruginosa activity involves the study of OH- and H antigens of Ps. aeruginosa in the process of immunization of donor animals using indirect immunofluorescence reaction and agglutination followed by obtaining species-specific serum. Immunobiosensor is used with this aim. The prepared transducer surface is covered with antibody solution, washed with saline solution, and antigen solution at the appropriate dilution is applied. The result is visualized as a plot on the display.
