An oral care composition comprising: from 15% to 35% by weight of glycerin; from 17% to 45% by weight of propylene glycol; and from 15% to 35% by weight of sorbitol; wherein the composition is free of anionic surfactants and a source of fluoride ions, and wherein the composition comprises less than 15% by weight of water.
