Disclosed is an analytical method on trace elements of a rock sample by an acid digestion method with fused glass beads, capable of improving analysis accuracy for infusible elements while shortening the process time. The analytical includes the steps of forming glass beads by mixing the rock sample with a flux; performing a primary acid digestion by reacting the glass beads with a mixed acid solution; performing a secondary acid digestion by adding HClO4 to a mixture of the primary acid digestion; diluting a mixture of the secondary acid digestion with an HNO3 aqueous solution; and measuring elements contained in the diluted mixture.
