Described is a method for exchanging a subscription asset for shares of aninvestment fund inan investment fund corporation, the method comprising: considering asubscription assetoffered by a client; considering an equivalent value asset offered by aninstitutional investorin exchange for shares of an in-kind fund in the investment fund corporation;receiving thesubscription asset from the client in exchange for subscription shares of thein-kind fund;receiving the equivalent value asset from the institutional investor inexchange for shares ofthe in-kind fund; holding the subscription asset in the in-kind fund; andconverting thesubscription shares of the in-kind fund into shares of an investment fund inthe investmentfund corporation.
