Provided are a multimedia conference access notification method, device and server, the method comprising: receiving a conference access request transmitted by a first terminal attempting to access a multimedia conference; according to the conference access request, acquiring a multimedia content corresponding to the first terminal; and transmitting the multimedia content to a media server, such that the media server broadcasts the multimedia content for a second terminal having accessed the multimedia conference. The solution of the present invention records the related information of a member newly accessing a conference, and broadcasts the information for the member having accessed the conference, such that the member having accessed the conference will know the specific identity of the member newly accessing the conference, thus further enhancing the practicability of a multimedia conference system, and enabling the application of multimedia conference service to be more flexible and to have a wider range.
