A folding chair with a replaceable magnetic decorative painting comprises a frame (1), a support (2), a back (3), a seat surface (4), a supporting leg surface (5) and a magnetic decorative painting layer (6). The support (2) and the seat surface (4) are connected by using a rotating shaft (21). The sum of the thickness of the support (2) and the thickness of the seat surface (4) is consistent with the thickness of the frame (1). The back (3) and the supporting leg surface (5) are mounted on the frame (1). The magnetic decorative painting layer (6) is mounted on the back (3), the seat surface (4), and the supporting leg surface (5) by means of magnetic attraction. The folding chair with a replaceable magnetic decorative painting has the advantages of being repeatedly usable, cost saving, environmentally friendly, and versatile.
