The present invention relates to a biofiltration device and a biofiltration system for breeding water of a farm, for purifying the breeding water discharged in a land farm, and relates to a biofiltration device and a biofiltration system for breeding water of a farm, wherein: an organic material contained in breeding water is removed by microorganism-deposited beads accommodated in an inner space of a biofiltration tank; a solid material, which is not removed by a microorganism, is sucked in together with breeding water by a solid material separator provided at one side of the biofiltration tank, is naturally precipitated inside the solid material separator, is taken out of the biofiltration tank together with a small quantity of breeding water, and is then concentrated by a solid material concentrator; and filtrated breeding water, from which the solid material is separated, is sucked in the opposite direction of the precipitation direction of the solid material inside the solid material separator so as to be taken out of the biofiltration tank. In addition, the present invention can obtain: an effect of removing a solid material such as ash contained in breeding water by allowing the breeding water, which is biofiltered by a microorganism, to be sucked into a solid material separator; an effect of solving a water pollution problem caused by solid material discharge; and an effect of preventing a disease outbreak and death of farmed fish caused by the composition of excessive inorganic solid materials since an inorganic solid material is hardly contained in reused filtered breeding water even when filtered breeding water, from which a solid material is removed, is reused in a farm.
